Returns / Refund

• In the case of a quality defect, we will repair or replace the item. 
• Refund as per original payment method provided the item is accompanied by the original invoice, product tags, and no product damages. 

Exchange

• Merchandise can only be exchanged or credited in the country of purchase.
• Only products that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in their original 
• packaging with returns label still attached can be exchanged. 
• Return / Exchange is possible only if the packing and label have not been tamped.
• Exchange of a product is allowed only once 

Shipping and Timelines

• Normal Delivery 2 – 3 days subject to availability of the product 
• A subsequent charge of RM10 for delivery for any orders below the amount of RM150. Items purchased at a value above RM150 Delivery is free of charge. 
• Delivery charges are non-refundable.

General 

• Refund/Exchange does not apply to all Hygienic products. 
• The Zyand.Co Online Shop reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for identification. Please contact us for more details.
